[Anna resumes chewing at her lip, looking worried and a little bit tired.]

The first time...I was so hungry, and I wasn't in control quite yet...I hurt someone innocent. It was an accident. But Susan and I both fed off him, and I made sure he got a proper burial. I felt so terrible, Elsa, I hadn't meant for it to go that way at all. So ever since then I've tried to make things right, the best that I can.
