[Happy without Anna's judging eye on her singed fingers, Elsa moves to follow, but pauses. A beat, then there's a glint in her eye, like a lightbulb switching on, and a playful little smirk crosses her face.]

I know a great way to have fun while we get cozy.

[Her gaze drifts up; the posts at the head of Anna's bed in Solsikke aren't as tall or grand as the ones back in Arendelle, but they're a decent enough size.. Big enough to hang things from, which is exactly where Elsa's going with this...]

We haven't built a blanket fort in too long, have we?

[Anna's gaze follows Elsa's, up toward the bedposts. Whoever Rohan Kishibe was, he at least had very nice taste in furniture. And then she realizes what Elsa's about to suggest, and in a surge of excitement, Anna leaps to her feet atop the bed, thusting her fist into the air triumphantly. She barely lets Elsa finish, even.]

—BLANKET FORT, YES!!!

[With the sudden and forceful bounce of the bed as Anna jumps up, Elsa wobbles and nearly crashes into Anna's shins, only managing to avoid certain disaster by quickly bracing herself with her hands. Thankfully, she doesn't look startled or scared of the sudden flurry of motion; instead she laughs, high and happy without any restraint, and playfully smacks Anna on her leg.]

Careful! We don't want to bring down teh whole thing before we have a chance to build!

[The furniture is definitely sturdy, to be able to support monsters just fine, but still! She's gotta tease her sister whenever she can.]

So where should we start?

[Anna laughs and nudges Elsa's side with her toes.] You worry too much. This thing is totally sturdy!

[She looks around, and then her eyes light upon a ball of rubber bands sitting on her desk. Look, they come with the newspapers and she didn't want them to go to waste...]

We could use those to secure the blankets to the bedposts!

[Who would Elsa be if she wasn't a worrier, really?]

Wow. So that's where all our rubber bands went. I thought a mouse or bird was stealing them!

[Seriously Anna. Are you a nymph or some kind of leafy gargoyle??? That's some impressive hoarding!

Elsa reaches over to grab the ball, carefully pulling a few off the top layer. It shouldn't fall apart with just a few here and there, right...]

So, are we doing small and cozy tonight, to keep out the chill? Or something big and fancy?

Uhh...yeah, guilty as charged.

[Anna laughs, looking abashed.] I just think they're neat! And very handy.

[Anna grabs a few bands too, big thick ones like the kind that come on a bundle of asparagus.]

Hmm. Small and cozy, I think!

Excellent taste.

[Elsa grabs a few similar bands before standing up on the bed, wobbling for just a moment before finding her balance and grabbing a corner of one of the blankets. Holding it against the bedpost with one hand, just high enough that they could comfortably sit hunched over, she ties it off.]

Do you think we should do this with the others one day? Rapunzel and Cassandra, I mean.

[One of Anna's vines reaches up automatically to help secure the blanket while Elsa ties it off. She holds out the next end of the blanket, stretching it out so Elsa can get it tied up next.]

Oh, I'd love that! We could set up in the parlor with tons of pillows and cushions, and make caramel corn, and maybe get some of that fizzy pink champagne—!

[Elsa looks over as Anna's vines work, a hint of something that's not quite jealousy in her eyes, but definitely a very very mild envy. She's fine the way she is, and doesn't really like the idea of more monster bits being added on to what she already has, but... geez. At least those would be useful!]

Hm, but our rooms are big enough to hold all four of us, don't you think? We could just pile everything in here, or my room.

[Completely oblivious to the fact that she's suggesting spending the night in the same room with someone she clearly has feelings for, Elsa continues their work, tying off the bit of the blanket that Anna's holding up for her before reaching down to grab another.]

This one would be good for the top of the fort, don't you think?

[It's dark blue, like the night sky! And will filter out just enough of the light from the lamps and fireplace to give their little tent a nice dim atmosphere to it.]

[That's why Anna is always eager and willing to lend a helping vine. And...maybe it's a little exciting, being able to do something that Elsa can't for once. Just a little.]

You're probably right! It'd be a little cozier that way...and we could make use of the bedposts still!

[Anna's eyes light up at the sight of that dark blue blanket, and an idea forms in her head without her quite meaning to.]

Almost perfect.

[Anna presses her hands together so they form an open space between her palms, and lifts her lips to the gap between them to blow a gentle stream of air into the hollow there. She lets out a soft sigh, and pulls her palms apart after a moment to reveal a little nest of glowing white spores cupped in her hands. She raises her palms flat, and blows the spores again so that they scatter across the blanket Elsa's holding up.]

Now it'll be just like a starry night in our fort.

[Elsa's eyes widen as Anna works her magic, and for a moment, it's like they're children again, but in reverse; the awe on Elsa's face is a mirror of every look Anna would give her when she worked her magic, for even something so simple...]

Wow... [Even the tone of her voice sounds amazed!] That's... how did you learn to do something like that? It's amazing.

[Any slight ping of jealousy Elsa might ever have over Anna's abilities is overshadowed by the pride she feels for her sister. She's happy that Anna can do things she can't, that Anna can feel special in her own way and not get stuck in Elsa's shadow again. Anna... Anna has been pushed aside too much during their lives. She deserves to shine like this.]

[Anna's stumped for a moment, because a. Elsa is looking at her like she just walked on water, and b. she's not entirely sure how she learned it.]

...I guess it was just. Instinct. Does that make sense? Is that how it felt when you used your ice powers in a new way?

[Well, now you know how Elsa feels in more ways than one, Anna! It's nice, because it makes Anna happy, but... sometimes it can throw her off. Not that she'll ever complain.]

Sort of? At least, that's how it was when we were children. I was careful to think over the possibilities of what might happen when my magic began to grow as we grew up, so it was different then...

[But it was never good. It always made her feel bad, when her magic manifested even the tiniest bit during their years apart. The only time her creativity really came to her was the night she built her ice palace, and began doing little things for the people of Arendelle.]

Most of the things after that were just... accidents, not instinct. Even Olaf... when I first built him, I didn't know I'd brought him to life until I saw him with you.

[There's no wariness or hesitation when she talks about her magic. Not now. It's just confusion; even after all these years, she's still not really sure how her magic works, so she just kinda wings it most of the time.]
