Before long, she's reached the top of the tower and has thrown open the wooden shutters covering the big, open window. She's not even out of breath, it's ridiculous. She's just too excited to get out into the sky!]

[Cassandra laughs, and it echoes up the stairs, all the way to the top of the tower. Unfortunately, it reaches Anna before Cass does, and the gargoyle still makes good time, coming up just as Anna's flung the shutters open.
